“Our remodel looks amazing!!! A huge shout out to TJ!! He went above and beyond so many time for us. We originally ordered and flooring on phone with some lady we ordered the 22 mill flooring, she had us down for 2200 sf 7 mil at the price of 22 mil. with 18 pieces of something we didn’t need at $36 ea, etc. TJ caught these errors and corrected them. He also helped us get our appliances ordered because the lady was super busy in that department. when our flooring order was delivered things were missing, he followed up and got that taken care of for us. He’s so calm, professional, and the most understanding employee ever!!! 10 starts to him!!!! we honestly believe this renovation will be in a total disaster had we not found HIM in the store that evening.”

I came across another worker Ms.Susan (Sparky) and omg she's a godsend. Not only did came with me to the aisle she continued to help me find it. “Always glad that I chose Big Green Egg.I stumbled into Big Green Egg a dozen years ago. My ex-girlfriend bought one and asked me to figure out how to use it. At first, I thought it was too expensive for a grill. After a month, I bought one for myself.I don't know how, but the food always tastes better on the BGE. It's quick and easy to get started. It's easy to shut down and save the remaining charcoal for the next time. It does everything from grilling steaks to slow smoking and making pizza. Cedar plank salmon is the family's favorite.In the store, the people were pleasant in the service is good. I have a multitude of accessories. I was having a problem with the Egg Genius that I bought a few weeks ago, which controls the temperature like a regular oven. They cheerfully replaced it without asking a lot of questions.I'll be back.”

“I have gotten a few items here. I purchased a washer and dryer here. When we had trouble with the dryer, I called the store and they sent someone out the same day to see what the issue was. He couldn't repair it himself so they called a repair man to come and repair our dryer. Our dryer was up and running by the next day. Everything was done in a timely manner.”
