“Cesar is a kind person and helped us with the flooring we need and showed us a large selection of floors, I recommend him to buy when you need to change the flooring in your house, and the prices are discounted.”

“My experience was awesome! I went to a different AF store and didn’t like how they weren’t attentive, I came to the one in Norcross and I felt seen. I loved that the sales person let me shop around and didn’t smother me but also listened to my needs. Shakira was quick to show me different options and helped me select the furniture. Definitely will be coming back!”

“This is a company that need no introductions when it comes to pipefittingof any kind. If you're an established pipe company or new to the game, this company will get you in it, so you need to know them and have them on speed dial anywhere USA! It would be difficult for me to name what they can do, just give them a call and ask a few questions. From flange packs to shackles or fire hoses. If it has to do with water, they can hose you down in a number of ways. Ask me questions on this review and I'll answer! Please follow my reviews or attempt click the like button!”

“Tiffany, the GM at the Jimmy Carter location, came out to my home and personally and made sure my items were delivered and handled properly. There were some issues with one of the pieces due to how it was handled by her drivers but she made sure we were taken care of on the back end. She’s absolutely awesome and definitely takes care of her customers!”

“Kevin in the plumbing department was very helpful! He was very knowledgeable about his department and the items I was looking to purchase. Everything I thought I needed was wrong lol. He assisted me with all my needs and I was able to get in and out within less than 10 mins. Thanks Kevin !”

“Every summer, I start a new project and every summer I go to Home Depot or Lowe's. This Home Depot is an equal distance from my house as the closest Lowe's as well as another Home Depot. I tend to use this one because they don't change their layout and they usually have the most friendly staff. I did not give them five stars because they have two shortcomings. 1.) If there's not someone right there on the aisle or on the aisle next you where you are at, it takes quite a while to get help if you need it. Asking someone to call on the radio is best (the overhead loud speaker is nearly pointless), but a lot of the time they don't get responses from the people they've called on the radios either. 2.) If the wood guy is missing, getting your cuts could take 30 minutes or more. Yikes! It happens more often than you'd think and sometimes he's right there, but he's helping another customer decide which wood to purchase... In my opinion, if you're already done selecting your wood and need a couple cuts, they should come on over. The other people can wait as they still don't even know what they need. Ok, so now the good stuff: I've NEVER not found someone that knew what they were talking about. You can be assured that anyone on the floor knows something about something at this Home Depot. The hardware aisle and plumbing aisles get the most traffic, so they usually have at least 1 person hanging out there at all times. The people at this store have literally NEVER had a bad attitude with me either. They are always in a good mood -or they are tired and indifferent- but never have they been rude or mean or anything in-between. They do customer service right at this store- at least, in my experience. I've seen some customers come in angry and set the mood real quick, but even with those customers, the employees did a great job of handling things without getting upset, themselves. This is my Home Depot.”

“Good place to get used or open box appliances. I do not live in the area and I was able to coordinate with them to get a stove delivered to a rental home. Great communication.”
