The most frustrating thing is when the location doesn't pick up the phone, and this location is particularly bad about it. The national number is a nightmare.

Owen saved the day for me and my family. I had a funeral to attend and was told that they had no compact vehicle available and he worked it out for me to be able to get a vehicle last minute a day before the funeral. I truly appreciate he for making sure we were able to make the funeral on time.
