Sreekar was very helpful over the phone and we spoke several times because my rental car was being covered by insurance. Dihanh was awesome when I returned my car and gave me a ride to the collision center to pick up my car.”
“Infiniti of Gwinnett Service Department is the absolute best around. We drive 2 hours to have our vehicle serviced by them because other Infiniti dealerships closer to us on the southside of Atlanta are a joke, rude, or unfamiliar with their own cars. From the first time i called this dealer their service team made us feel like family. GREG always handles any issue including warranty work professionally and with care, while getting things done timely. They have handled two warranty claims with absolute no issues, and took great care of our car as if it were their own.”

“This company came in handy for an affordable last minute car rental when I needed it the most. After a terrible unfortunate experience with Hertz & then AVIS. I was left basically stranded in an Avis Parking lot after spending $50 on an Uber to get there. I found this company and spoke to a gentleman named Leon. He was so understanding to my situation, he even offered to pick me up and take me to the Rental Location. Once at the place within 30 minutes i was given the keys to a nice up to date Nissan. The car was very clean and worked wonderfully. I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“I must give a BIG shout out to Brandon who saved the day for me! I had booked a same day reservation online and they didn’t have the car there that I booked or anything similar. They only had Diesel trucks available. I was so tired from my long flight from Denver, I told Brandon that I’d take it. Brandon had such a warm and pleasant demeanor and made me feel right at home. He had me laughing and cheered me up despite the hiccup. Midway through the convo, Brandon made a call to another Budget location and found a way to get me another rental at the same rate! “I rented a Toyota Corolla for a trip to the beach. The car drove fine until we hit 60-70 miles on the hwy. The tires were vibrating and the ride was very bumpy. My son stopped and put air in the tires and it was better. Still vibrating, but not like before. I reported this to the Enterprise location we picked up from. We got several calls back from them. They said it had just been serviced, but said we could take it to any location for another vehicle. We didn't have time for all that. It only did it on the highway. When we returned they apologized and gave us a nice credit on the rental. We felt that was gracious and acceptable. The customer service was very good.”
