“Zack Dorminey, the branch manager, saved the day! I originally had a car reserved at the terrible place across the street (hertz) and they couldn't fulfill my reservation. So I came to Enterprise, on a whim, and told them what happened. Zack immediately helped me with a rental ( I was leaving for Philly that day!) and came really close to matching hertz's price (for hertz's imaginary full size rental- see review I left for them for more info). It just so happened that while I was there, a few new vehicles got delivered. Lo and behold, I was able to rent a brand new Nissan rogue for a very reasonable price. The best thing? It had that brand new car smell and it didn't smell like cheap cologne, cigarettes or weed ( why do you idiots smoke weed in rental cars?! Nobody wants to smell that trash! But that's a whole other story though) . I just want to say thank you again to Zack for the great vehicle and the wonderful customer service!”

“This company came in handy for an affordable last minute car rental when I needed it the most. After a terrible unfortunate experience with Hertz & then AVIS. I was left basically stranded in an Avis Parking lot after spending $50 on an Uber to get there. I found this company and spoke to a gentleman named Leon. He was so understanding to my situation, he even offered to pick me up and take me to the Rental Location. Once at the place within 30 minutes i was given the keys to a nice up to date Nissan. The car was very clean and worked wonderfully. I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“I'm a frequent renter from the Lawrenceville Hwy/N Dekalb location. The staff does change like every other location but I have gotten to know everyone who has come to work here in the past year. Everyone has been very kind and have made it a point to remember my face and my name. “Patrick and the entire staff at the Duluth location on Old Norcross Rd are simply amazing???! Each time my family and I arrive to pick up our vehicle we are always greeted with a warm welcoming smile???! We always visit this location because the entire staff are very patient, they seem to be very knowledgeable, and they even initiate advice when they feel it necessary. Most importantly staff seem well experienced in their positions, as they seem to work well together as a team because unlike when we use to pick up our vehicles at the Avis location at the airport, my husband and I are always in and out of the building in no time at all. “I got a car that had an expired tag on it. The second one was fine though, it took me 3 days to get someone to answer my call when I was trying to get the original returned.I got through originally and told the representative what happened, they understood and were looking for my paperwork. 5pm hit and the phones were disconnected. I didn't get a call the next day or anything.. 3 days later the phone system finally connected me and the rep was like "OH YES, I remember you, sure come swap it out" but why did it take 3 days? Why didn't someone call me the next day? They knew the issue, they knew who I was, they knew I was driving their car on expired tags so why did I have to reach out to them again?Other than that the service was fine but it really irked me that the responsibility to fix this problem was entirely on me and who knows what is going on with their phone system.”
