Amazing staff and management. DM Jeff, Dolly and Doreen of Lilburn got my unit straight. After previous company Extra Space Storage dropped the ball!! Extra Space upon transferring everything over to Public Storage advised that my unit that I had with them was vacant! I didn't find out until a week later that Public Storage took ownership from Extra Space Storage. I went to location and couldn't access gate or get to my unit for some things I needed to get out. Another tenant pulled up to front lot and advised me that Public Stoarge took over. Extra Space never called and or emailed me re the change of ownership. Yes manager Kodi and corporate dropped the ball! Big time. After a few trips to the Lilburn location after Public Storage took over, I was taken great care of by Jeff, Doreen and Dolly. They took time making phone calls, emails etc to me and corporate. They finally found my information and proof that I was a current tenant and up to date on my rental. They worked diligently with professionalism keeping me updated. I received personal calls and texts from the new Public Storage management and staff. Big stress off my shoulders now. Kudos to Public Storage!! Jeff, Doreen and Dolly are the best!! I look forward to continuing business with you all. Very professional team. Thanks again for the prompt attention and resolution in this matter. Public Storage the best! Lilburn location.

Given Extra Space Storage sold this property to Public Storage which has different due dates, the change created lots of billing issues. Sean, the Regional VP, patiently explained the billing. He made necessary adjustments, went above and beyond to compensate for my confusion.
Sean assured me that one of my units that water leaks when it rains, will be fixed soon. I appreciate his professionalism and know the property will be better than before given planned renovations. I highly recommend this property because of his leadership.
