I waited nearly 5 days for an Rx on authorization and then they tell me on the 5th day a Friday they don't have it and deleted the Rx from the system..so now I have to spend my day time off work and money to go bk to my doctor .what a real hassle poor service and communication.

Multiple unprofessional experiences at this pharmacy. The staff always seems to be upset. Patient care seems to be the least of their interests. My doctor's offices have hesitated sending anything to this pharmacy because of their experiences too.The staff needs to be taught compassion.
