“Last night I went grocery shopping, I Cart filled with groceries and really needed a line open with a cashier. There was one open, I was afraid to get the line because I have experienced cashier having bad attitudes and rolling their eyes, but no this cashier. Her name is MY HAU, so was so polite and told me HEY! I was waiting on you! I smile and i felt so relieved, she got an extra cart to bag up my groceries and put it in the cart! I was so shocked and the customer service because I honestly going to walmart you have chase workers to help you and the act as though they dont want to help. MY HAU was AMAZING!! I asked for her manager just to tell him how awesome she was! She was genuinely happy to help me last night! I dont live in that area, but will travel there just to see her and be serviced by her!! She needs a raise, and she should be the face of the store, she actually loves her job!”
“Hands down best CVS. I have been to dozens of different locations, and I had a great experience at this one. I was welcomed at the door, and was asked how I needed help. It was a simple photo pick up but she told me to open the package to make sure everything was how I wanted it before I continued to check out. I can’t remember the name of the lady that helped me, but I will be going back there for all of my future photo pick ups.”

“The pharmacy at this Kroger is generally a good and convenient location for filling prescriptions. The staff is professional and the pickup process is usually straightforward, and it’s easy to drop off and retrieve medications during a regular shopping trip.
One important thing to note is to always confirm your insurance coverage before dropping off a prescription. I personally ran into an issue where my insurance was no longer accepted by Kroger, but I wasn’t informed until I came back to pick up my medication. It ended up being a one-time situation for me, and I was still able to get my prescription filled elsewhere without too much trouble, but it’s something worth double-checking ahead of time to avoid delays or surprises.
Overall, aside from that isolated issue, the pharmacy has been reliable and convenient, and I would still consider it a solid option as long as insurance is verified in advance.”
“I had a really great experience at this pharmacy today. When I went for my pickup, they hadn’t received my prescription yet, and it was already close to their closing time. Even though they close at 7, the staff AMANDA & FAYE stayed an extra 30 minutes just to help us.
They didn’t rush us at all—instead, they patiently contacted our doctor, coordinated everything, and made sure the prescription went through. Because of their effort and kindness, we were able to get our medications the same day.

“Multiple employees exchanged pleasantries with me as I shopped. One made a suggestion to purchase an item on sale because I had aother brand of that item in my cart. Carts needed to be collected and I saw a manager pitch in to get the job done. Store is clean, items are meticulously lined on the shelves and the isles wide enough for people to shop comfortably.”
