“I needed a place to receive my mail until I moved into my new home, and this was a much more affordable option compared to some of the other P.O. boxes I looked into. Overall, I've had a great experience with no issues at all. Mr. Karl is friendly, professional, and always helpful. I'll probably continue having my mail sent here even after my move. Highly recommend!”
“Greatest UPS there is! Amazing workplace and amazing workers. They treat each customer with all their effort and have never lacked in quality of service. The place is clean and neat and organized and ready to help!”
“I have been going to this store for almost 2.5 years. They are fantastic! The employees are always pleasant and they never give me a hard time with any Amazon returns compared to other UPS stores that hassle you with the taping. I only come to this store for all Amazon returns!”

“I’ve been chasing a delivery for days. I wasn’t home so they left me a notice that it needed to be picked up instead but did not give me the address. Finally we tracked to this location and Raj was able to be an ENORMOUS help to me by discovering that the package had my husbands name on it instead of mine. Thank you SO much for your help, you were a lifesaver!”
