The younger staff is okay and the gentleman that used to be a bit difficult has not been there any of the times I visited in the past year or so. If he had, I would start avoiding this store again. “I like this UPS store because the folks are friendly and helpful. There usually aren't too many people in the store waiting but that could be the time of day. It is easy to process Amazon returns - sometimes I can get in and out of there is less than a minute. Most of our shipping is to family members and it helps that they already have those names and addresses in the system and we just have to verify and can be on our way.”

He double-checked the shipping address with us to make sure everything was correct, then helped us seal the documents in a package and place it inside a secure box, handling everything with extra care.

Regardless of how many individuals are needing assistance with UPS services, this team is always quick and efficient to meet everyone’s needs. I would like to specifically shout out to Tonaya & Peter with whom I have interacted with on several occasions and they both have gone out of their way to be personable and as helpful as possible. Peter has taken the time whenever I return an Amazon package here to ensure I have all of the correct records in case there should be any issue on Amazon’s end involving returns/refunds. Tonaya is always offering spectacular service and is a genuine joy to interact with. I truly find myself in a better mood whenever I have the opportunity to speak with either of them as I feel truly cared for as a customer afterwards, which is extremely noteworthy when all I’m doing is sending out packages - Above and beyond!
