βThis store is particularly well run and organized for transactions. they have specific instructions for how to stand in line for simple drop off such as Amazon. They have counter level instructions of where to hold your phone to scan your code, which is extremely efficient. The staff are very professional.β
βI had an outstanding experience at this UPS location thanks to Devonta Stevenson, the General Manager. From the moment you walk in, his positive energy is contagious. His smile truly lights up the entire store. The store also smells amazing which is weird and also cool at the same time.
What impressed me most was the personal care and attention he gave to each and every customer. He took the time to be informative, patient, and genuinely kind, making sure everyone felt heard and helped. It was incredible to watch people come in clearly stressed or upset and walk out smiling simply because they interacted with him.
Devonta sets the standard for exceptional customer service which seems so rare these days. His attitude, professionalism, and warmth create an environment that makes a real difference. Great job, Devonta. UPS is lucky to have you!β

βThe staff are always so kind and helpful! Any office need I have, they make it happen. Today, they helped me print an affidavit, take a passport photo, get a notary, and ship out a USPS package. I was in-and-out in 10 minutes! There is another UPS close by that doesnβt come close to this customer service. Highly recommend!β

βThe guy who took my package did not look like he wished he was somewhere else, doing something else. He did not speak fast like he was trying to get by me and move onto the next person that needed help. He actually looked at me when he was talking to me. His choice of words did not sound like they came from a computer or that he had said it 1000 times already that day. It seemed like he was talking to me, not to a practice bot for Improving customer service skills.β

βI waited until to see if all my packages and letters reached their destinations from inside Georgia to Indiana and to California. Sent 9 packages/letters and all of them arrived safely.
When looking at post offices in the Atlanta area, I was shocked at how low the ratings were for other locations. Friends recommended I make the trip out to Avondale and I even took the Marta before walking.
So glad I did. Service was friendly, courteous, and efficient. I apologized to both the lady who helped me and the other clients as I had so many things to send. They were all kind and understanding.

The owner and manager are great. They move quickly, can/will answer all your questions, and are very helpful. It's also a very quick in & out experience, you will not be in there long and no long lines.β
βIf you need anything handled at UPS, Vic is the man! He could run that whole store alone if they would let him. Iβve been in there over 15 times and each time is always faster than the last. Heβs kind, efficient, and a hard worker! Very knowledgeable of anything and everything when it comes to what services UPS offers. Go see him and make those shipping hassles less of a hassle!β

βThe folks working here have always been super nice, and today's experience was no different. Went in to drop off some Amazon returns, and the staff member (I didn't catch his name, but he was a kind gentleman with a beard) was patient as I pulled up the QR codes and even warned me about some issues he's seen with Amazon returns lately. Encouraged me to take a picture of my receipt just in case, which is going the extra mile to care for the customer. Fantastic service!β

From the moment I walk in, Iβm greeted by name, and that level of personal care never goes unnoticed. Manager Roderick Wagner clearly leads with intention because his team reflects it. Davonte, London, Katrina, and Nimsi each bring their own personality, but they all consistently deliver top-tier service.
And let me say this, no matter what kind of mood I walk in with, it never lasts long. The energy in this place will turn you around quickly. Katrina, in particular, has a way of lifting your spirit the moment she says, βHey, Ms. Freeman.β Sheβs like the βget your package together, auntieβ in the best way possible. Full of joy, full of knowledge, and always on point.
