“Not only was the staff upbeat, positive, and shoulders deep into my car as they gave it the detail of a lifetime, they were thorough the first time around. When they were through, the car was shining like new money. The engine compartment was unbelievably clean (and my car is a 2010 model year), even the gas cap well was spotless. Tires were shiny. “Jamel was awesome and installed my subwoofer for me in my car. Called and was able to come in same day. Had some obstacles to face with the install but he overcame them and made sure I was taken care of and that everything was perfect before I left. Very reasonably priced and didn’t have to pay a dollar more for the extra hours he put in to overcome the obstacles that he faced. Also made sure to inform me about my system and explained everything to me very clearly. Would definitely recommend this guy!”

“My husband has been taking my Highlander here for a few months as we’ve been ironing out some kinks and addressing the Check Engine Light. The crew here is phenomenal- especially the owner! They’ve been incredibly kind and understanding, and they’ve given me and my husband plenty of pointers as to how we can fix the issues. They even directed us to a mechanic next to Kroger, and he was also incredibly detailed and genuine- didn’t even charge us to do an engine inspection after learning that we came per the advice of the staff at Dolphin. We also have used Dolphin for oil changes for both of our cars now, and their prices are very reasonable. It’s so refreshing to give our business to a place where it feels like excellence, care, and connection are valued- we don’t feel like we’re just a rushed-along ticket! “Initial charge of $2.00 to get started with DIY wash. Never had an issue at this car wash. Well, I take that back. One time, the stall I used apparently had no soap in the high-pressure soap cycle. Other than that, it is usually pretty consistent.”
