“The storage facility is in a very convenient location, easy to get in and out of. The on-site staff is very accommodating. I asked them to show me a couple of the units so that I can decide which one I wanted and they were very happy to do it. Their checkout system is done via video in the lobby and you get the same rate as the online rate Sam assisted me in checking out and she was lovely. You do get a discount if you have homeowners insurance so come prepared with a photo of your declarations page. Overall, it’s been a great experience”
“Had a smooth experience renting a moving truck from this Penske location. The staff were super friendly and got me set up quickly — no hassle, no delays. Just a heads-up: this spot is a bit hard to find since it’s tucked away on a dead-end road off Cross Pointe Way. Make sure to double-check your GPS! Once you’re there, everything runs like clockwork. The moving truck was clean, reliable, and perfect for the job. Would definitely rent from here again!”

“I was surprised at the customer service skills of the staff. They were very professional, and I’m going to say it out loud the area would make you think that the service would be subpar however, I travel around the United States and do a lot of business with rental trucks and I realize this staff had a very professional demeanor not only that they seem to have a good camaraderie amongst their coworkers to which I found very satisfactory my process was simple. I was served with politeness and again I would definitely revisit the Covington Highway location at any time and feel confident I have been treated fairly.”
“My Company leases our truck from Ryder. We are based out of Fletcher, NC and run from Asheville to South Atlanta on a daily basis. We frequently need service and have been to almost all shops between Asheville and Atlanta.
Doraville has the best customer service of all of them. Vic has been great in getting us back on the road and I would like to give a special shout out to Kaiden who is so friendly and determined to get our truck fixed. Vic and Kaiden have excellent customer service skills and Ryder should be grateful to have them working for them.

It wasn’t busy when I first came in but within a few minutes the phone was ringing and another customer came in and he helped us all quickly and professionally. Returning the truck was fast and simple as well. I did not catch the name of the guys who were there when I dropped it off but again , quick and professional. Cleanest u Haul I’ve rented since being in GA. Would definitely come here again. Giving 4 stars because they didn’t have a dolly available but everything else was on point.”

“I had a great experience with this U-Haul location. I needed a small truck and The walk-in registration process was quick and easy. They had plenty of trucks available in inventory, so I was able to get exactly what I needed as a walk-in (on a Wednesday morning near end of the month). The truck I had had a backup camera within the rear view mirror which was helpful. I was also able to get a hand dolly for $7. The representative was polite, professional, and helpful throughout the process. The truck was decent on gas for a v8. I drove 42 miles and only needed to put in about $7 worth of gas (at about $2.80/gallon) to get tank back to where it started out. It also had two 12 volt accessory outlets and a 120 volt AC prong outlet. Drop-off was just as smooth and convenient. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a truck rental!”

“Had a great experience with Penske. Cinthia was very helpful, polite, and professional throughout the process. I had reserved a truck, but unfortunately it did not arrive the night before due to another customer situation, which was not their fault.
Cinthia and her partner made several calls and helped coordinate with a nearby location to make sure I still got a truck and could complete my move. They really went above and beyond to assist me.
