“The storage facility is in a very convenient location, easy to get in and out of. The on-site staff is very accommodating. I asked them to show me a couple of the units so that I can decide which one I wanted and they were very happy to do it. Their checkout system is done via video in the lobby and you get the same rate as the online rate Sam assisted me in checking out and she was lovely. You do get a discount if you have homeowners insurance so come prepared with a photo of your declarations page. Overall, it’s been a great experience”

“Had a smooth experience renting a moving truck from this Penske location. The staff were super friendly and got me set up quickly — no hassle, no delays. Just a heads-up: this spot is a bit hard to find since it’s tucked away on a dead-end road off Cross Pointe Way. Make sure to double-check your GPS! Once you’re there, everything runs like clockwork. The moving truck was clean, reliable, and perfect for the job. Would definitely rent from here again!”
“My Company leases our truck from Ryder. We are based out of Fletcher, NC and run from Asheville to South Atlanta on a daily basis. We frequently need service and have been to almost all shops between Asheville and Atlanta.
Doraville has the best customer service of all of them. Vic has been great in getting us back on the road and I would like to give a special shout out to Kaiden who is so friendly and determined to get our truck fixed. Vic and Kaiden have excellent customer service skills and Ryder should be grateful to have them working for them.

“I spoke with GC when I arrived. He was very helpful. It wasn’t busy when I first came in but within a few minutes the phone was ringing and another customer came in and he helped us all quickly and professionally. Returning the truck was fast and simple as well. I did not catch the name of the guys who were there when I dropped it off but again , quick and professional. Cleanest u Haul I’ve rented since being in GA. Would definitely come here again. Giving 4 stars because they didn’t have a dolly available but everything else was on point.”

“I had a great experience with this U-Haul location. I needed a small truck and The walk-in registration process was quick and easy. They had plenty of trucks available in inventory, so I was able to get exactly what I needed as a walk-in (on a Wednesday morning near end of the month). The truck I had had a backup camera within the rear view mirror which was helpful. I was also able to get a hand dolly for $7. The representative was polite, professional, and helpful throughout the process. The truck was decent on gas for a v8. I drove 42 miles and only needed to put in about $7 worth of gas (at about $2.80/gallon) to get tank back to where it started out. It also had two 12 volt accessory outlets and a 120 volt AC prong outlet. Drop-off was just as smooth and convenient. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a truck rental!”

I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, the equipment has always been ready when I showed up, and returns have been quick and painless. The owner is there almost every day, and it shows.”
“Technology is advancing so rapidly that I couldn't quite keep up with the mobile-based procedures, but I am very grateful to the staff member who treated me so kindly. Although I had handled the process online beforehand, I hadn't uploaded my driver's license since it was listed as optional; at the office, I had to take a photo and send it via text message, which I struggled to do. It would probably be best for other customers—especially older ones—to upload everything from home before visiting.”

“Our company Sapphire Tank Lines moved to this location from a competitor about a year ago. It has been a night and day experience in terms of service and accountability. First off our Sales Person , Dale Kubala is a true professional. He understood our needs and worked with us to source two new trucks. He is also currently working with us to find a pump truck in their fleet to help us grow further. Maxwell the site manager has accommodated us for parking and given us a safe environment in which to operate. Finally Tevaughn Campbell and Ranesh Brooks are all stars when it comes to handing our equipment. Taye is a truly remarkable young man who has a high ceiling in this industry.
