DO NOT! They worked for 3 days with us, did a hard pull and then sold the car to someone else!!! Nia kept avoiding giving us numbers but asked for a $2000 deposit! We said we will put the deposit down but we need to see the numbers first, how much would our payment be. And the very next text was, oh we just sold it! So, I would not have been mad this much if they had not done a hard pull on mine and my boyfriend’s credit! For three days we did not get her to tell us what our payment was going to be! I worked in a dealership and I could give people an estimate over the phone with just a few details, without pulling credit reports. Seriously, beware of Nia and her manager.

They take care of all of my Toyotas. They are pretty efficient and usually get me out of the service center in the estimated time. I think that they do a great job of taking care of my vehicles.

We had went there to find out information on why the door locks were not opening. We was told that we needed a part that was on back order but the car was checked out and we were told that there was quite a few things wrong with the automobile. When I got underneath it and checked it out, I did not find that to be true so I gave it this rating. Thank you AutoNation it costing me $160 some art dollars for that ?? on that.

Terrible! They Don’t know how to clean a car or give good customer service, if I could give no stars I would have! 3 separate occasions we went back to get it properly cleaned and it looks like someone threw a bucket of water over it! Would not recommend this place to anyone! Go somewhere else and save yourself a massive pain in the back/side!
