“Willy was great! We reserved a car and he got me checked in and after he gave me the keys I realized it would be too small for what I needed it for. I went back inside and explained to him I needed something bigger and I would pay to upgrade. He had no problem and got me another car in less than 5 minutes. He went out to check it with me and I was on my way! Definitely recommend!”

I really makes the rental experience feel like it is not really an experience...You get in ang get out so smooth and efficiently, it feels all natural; and that is how it is supposed to be. “I reserved a 7 passenger SUV but wasn’t in love with the car I was given so I asked if they had something else available. The only alternative was a minivan so I chose to keep the one I had. After looking over the car, Dashawn handed me the keys and went back inside. A minute later, he came back out and offered me another car that had just returned. I accepted it and he made the switch. Dashawn then spent the next 10 minutes vacuuming and wiping down the vehicle even though it was nearly closing time. Overall, the staff members were very helpful and attentive. Much appreciated!!
