“Such an upgrade in customer service experience and aesthetics compared to the old location across the parking lot. The office is cute and inviting, the service was great. I didn't have to wait very long the whole process was smooth and seamless. Tony checked me out upon pickup and the return. He's an awesome dude with a great personality. Art was also very nice and patient when he brought me out the car and encouraged pictures before departing. He has a kind and subtle energy to him that I like. But I mean overall complete step up from the old location. They didnt even use to have cars available half the time 😂 even with a scheduled and paid reservation and the people working there always had a funky attitude. The office was dark and gray, no Avis signage or anything welcoming. I'm grateful for the turnaround because I rent from this local branch semi often. Would definitely come back again for my next trip. Thank you!”

“I want to make it clear: even though there are two other Toyota dealerships closer to me, I always choose to drive those 27 miles to Nelly Toyota in Roswell because of Mohamed. He is a true professional who knows his craft inside and out. His technical expertise is exceptional, whether it’s electronics, suspension issues, or anything else. For instance, there was a time another dealership couldn’t diagnose a fault in my shock absorbers, but Mohamed immediately identified it and explained it thoroughly. “I had to find a car rental place in Marietta after the initial reservation I made at Hertz could not be filled since there was nobody working there and a sign in the window that essentially said “closed until further notice”.

“We had a terrific experience with this location! - I went through Costco, and got an unbeatable rate on a SUV, which meant Jeep for the AWD, as we were headed to snowy NC. The car was pretty much brand new, and we felt very safe going 3,500 feet up a mountain, in 9+ inches of powder.
