They don't make you wait long, and a notary is available. When a wire transfer issue arose, repeated calls to customer service were frustrating, but the branch resolved the problem after a visit. The people at the branch went above and beyond to correct the poor customer service experience. Customers appreciate the helpfulness and the effort to keep accounts open and running smoothly.
