“I went last minute today to withdraw and apply for a credit card. They were so nice and helpful. They actually take their time with every customer and make sure each customer was helped. I was so satisfied with the customer service and for helping me last minute even though they were about to close. Alec was great he explained all my credit card choices and answered all the questions I had. I am very grateful Alec Tomlin and Perla. I will definitely be coming back again because of those two kind and helpful people. Thanks again for the great experience!”

“Marcell, I'm late writing this review but don't charge it to my heart!
I chose this branch after reading the reviews, and Marcell's name kept coming up. As a new business owner, I needed to open business accounts and get a business credit card, so I booked time with him.
When I arrived, he was with a client who ran about 30 minutes over my scheduled time. I waited because I only wanted to meet with him. Best decision I made. He lived up to every word of those reviews. Knowledgeable, patient, kind, and respectful. He looked out for me and taught me things I didn't know, and I'm a veteran. He went above and beyond the entire visit.
I locked his number in so I stay in contact, and I passed his info to my friends who are starting their own businesses. This man is personable and great at what he does. If you bank here, stop by and see him.
Side note: I came back in to open a third business account and Marcell was out that day. Hate I missed him, but his colleague Danny stepped in and took great care of me. Personable, respectful, and quick. Shout out to you both. Thank you again!

“I have had several bad banking encounters over the last few months. Mostly involving the fraud department either closing down access when they should not have and NOT closing it down when they should have. Trust me when I say both scenarios were devastating. Misty Price at this Regions Bank location has been the one shining light through this whole disaster! She is calm, respectful, listens to the whole problem. Fixes what she can and gives great advice on how to proceed when she can not fix it herself. She is a long time associate and truly an asset to this bank and our community. I came in with my grandmother and even though they didn't have the card machines as of right now (they might get some on down the line so call before you go if you need a card made) they told us which branches have them and helped with my grandma's online access. I highly recommend this location and Members First Credit Union need to give them more love!”
