“Hot Topic is a fun store if you’re into band merch, pop culture items, or alternative clothing. They have a good variety of shirts, accessories, and collectibles.
The store can feel a bit cramped, and sometimes the displays are messy, which makes browsing a little frustrating. The staff are friendly when you find them, but they’re not always easy to spot. Overall, it’s a decent place to check out for fans of music, movies, or pop culture, but it can get hectic during busy times.”
“Clean store with really friendly staff. Very helpful. Purchased online for store pickup. Was able to get my purchase quickly and without any issues, in under an hour. Believe it was the store manager that mainly assisted me. She gave me some great suggestions & offered advice to help me find other items in store I would like. Unfortunately the size selection they offer does not include many extra long sizes 36” & 38” inseams are not available & most of the really cute jeans sell out of the size I need & like. Would be nice if they offered more. I would definitely have bought several more pairs that day if they were in stock. Definitely will go back & hopefully can find more in my size. Great staff!!!!”

“Listen, I never ask for help when I’m in stores and just figure stuff out on my own. But the store wasn’t really busy around 10 am and I needed help with 2 graduation outfits. When I tell you all 3 girls on staff jumped in to help, they were ready to make sure I looked my best in the outfits I had picked. Because you know how something looks like it matches but you’re just not too sure? Yeah these girls made sure it was matching. They used what pieces I already found and liked and made it work. 10 out of 10 would recommend those ladies. Give them a raise right now because they were so sweet!”

“Went in here the other day or so to grab some stuff for one of my kids and was greeted politely… the store was a little messy but I was also seeing customers just throwing clothes back in spots after the workers just folded them … I spotted a man that had a mobility stick and I was about to ask him if he needed any help but one of the workers got to him before me and I watch to see how well she did and she did amazing I really wish I would have caught her name to brag on her to a manager or something cause WOW…. I wish there were more people like that in the world she deserves some appreciation!”

“After not finding the dress shoe size at a local menswear chain, decided to stop here. I’ve passed by for over 20 years and never stopped in. Today was such a pleasant surprise. The sales associate was so helpful, shoes were $59 & $69, lots of evening wear for men, not to mention casual clothing. We left with shoes, a bow tie and she tossed in some shades. We’ll need back for my growing teenagers dressier fits. Stop by here first before driving 30+ minutes out of the way.”
