“Hot Topic is a fun store if you’re into band merch, pop culture items, or alternative clothing. They have a good variety of shirts, accessories, and collectibles.
The store can feel a bit cramped, and sometimes the displays are messy, which makes browsing a little frustrating. The staff are friendly when you find them, but they’re not always easy to spot. Overall, it’s a decent place to check out for fans of music, movies, or pop culture, but it can get hectic during busy times.”

“I recently visited Buckle and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to one of your crew members. Brian was incredibly helpful and attentive. They really went the extra mile to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and their knowledge of the products was impressive. He helped me choose the perfect shirt and hat for my father! They loved it! Also thanks to Saile for helping me pick out something stylish for my mother! She loved it! Their friendly attitude made the whole shopping trip enjoyable. “Listen, I never ask for help when I’m in stores and just figure stuff out on my own. But the store wasn’t really busy around 10 am and I needed help with 2 graduation outfits. When I tell you all 3 girls on staff jumped in to help, they were ready to make sure I looked my best in the outfits I had picked. Because you know how something looks like it matches but you’re just not too sure? Yeah these girls made sure it was matching. They used what pieces I already found and liked and made it work. 10 out of 10 would recommend those ladies. Give them a raise right now because they were so sweet!”

“I was in the store Monday 2/21 walked in and greeted by the store manager Jessie. I couldn’t find my size on the rack of clothes I was looking at. He quickly looked up if it could be found at other stores close by and then referred me to order online locating the exact style I wanted. This was great customer service in my mind and I will be returning.”

“My staff and clients went on a field trip to arbor place mall today. I own an agency where we service adults with disabilities. The manager was super friendly and polite. She did not make my group feel uncomfortable at all. The store was nice and clean.

“American Eagle is a great place for casual, trendy clothing, especially jeans and everyday tops. The store is usually clean and easy to walk around, and the staff are friendly when you need help. Sales and promotions make it easier to find good deals.
Aerie, inside American Eagle, has a nice selection of comfortable loungewear, underwear, and swimsuits. The store is bright and well-organized, and the staff are helpful. Some of the popular sizes can go fast, especially during sales, so it helps to visit early.
Overall, both stores are solid stops if you’re looking for casual, stylish clothing and comfy basics.”
