“Bought a chainsaw bar from this location. When I got home, put it on the saw and it was bent. Went back to the parts department and was DENEID both a refund and/or exchange of the defective part. The exact words of the fellow behind the counter was "you should have checked to make sure this new part wasn't bent before you left the store."
Update: The very polite and professional parts and service manager, Stan, reached out to me over the issue, and has agreed that it is necessary for a replacement bar to be mailed to me at my home town 2 hours away.
Although I had a foul experience with one employee here, management saw to it that I was treated fairly in the end, do I redact my initial rating. Would be five starts if it hadn't been for the confusion and negligence of the staff member who troubled me.”

“Huge shoutout to Trent at the Home Depot in Hiram, GA! We’ve been without AC for almost a week waiting on a warranty part and finally decided to invest nearly $800 in a large portable AC unit and some fans just to get some relief. Unfortunately, when we got home, the unit was missing several key parts.
Trent went above and beyond to help us out. He took the time—both on the phone and in-store—to make sure we got exactly what we needed to get the unit up and running. His customer service was exceptional, and he truly cared about making sure we left satisfied (and cool!).

“I waited for 45 minutes at their main competitor for paint, rang the bell for assistance countless times, and no one ever came. My family and I were there for so long that a line started forming behind us, and then dissipated as people got fed up with waiting. We walked the store to try to find someone to help and was finally informed by a cashier that no one in the store was trained in paint and to come back later. Infuriating.
So we drove over to Home Depot which was about 4 minutes away, was promptly helped by 2 wonderful women stationed in the paint area, and happily walked out with our 3 gallons. They even paint matched one of the Sherwin Williams swatches I brought over from the competitor store! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Everything was perfect.”
