“I will drive past any of the big box stores to go to Turners and if they don't have what I need I will wait til they get it in vs buying somewhere else. The customer service here is phenomenal and the employees are all friendly and helpful and the prices are the same as or better than any chain store. They really go out of their way to make sure their customers feel welcomed and fully taken care of!”
“I visited in search of specific wire. Mr. Al provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to ensure I didn't leave empty handed. That was pleasantly amplified by other staff members who also asked if I was being helped when they noticed me waiting while he searched in the back. The cherry on top was the female cashier who has a great sense of humor - she and I shared a fun laugh together!! Small acts of kindness go a big lonnnnnnng way!!😁”
“Patrice (or Patricia - sorry!) stopped in her tracks from either getting ready to leave for the day or coming back from break. She stopped when she really didn't have to. She might have been a manager but she saw my confused looked and led me to find exactly what I needed and ensured that Uche would be there to answer all of my questions. THANK you both!”
“Juan the guy with the dreads helped me and my mom get a great deal with being so informative about what we needed. He's an excellent worker and very helpful. He's our favorite employee that goes over and beyond helping us as customers”

“I found Accent Nursery & Landscaping from a Facebook Marketplace post. I bought a few (176) small pots from Larry, the owner, at a great price. I'll be back with my wife to let her look around and find some plants for me to plant. I chatted with Larry for a few minutes and he seems like a great guy.”
