“I placed a pick up order at this location on my way to Atlanta... who knew blinds were so hard to come by! Once I got here I parked in the pickup spot and within 2 minutes someone was out with my blinds! They didn't ask to verify my name, etc but I'm glad I was able to get the correct order. Probably won't ever stop here again unless it's a similar situation. Can't really comment on other aspects of the store since I didn't walk inside.”
“I will drive past any of the big box stores to go to Turners and if they don't have what I need I will wait til they get it in vs buying somewhere else. The customer service here is phenomenal and the employees are all friendly and helpful and the prices are the same as or better than any chain store. They really go out of their way to make sure their customers feel welcomed and fully taken care of!”

“i had no idea this beautiful place was right down the road from me and as a plant lover i was amazed and very happy i literally spent hours talking to Gerald who was very kind and knowledgeable, i did correspond with Larry the owner who also is very kind , i definitely recommend getting your plants or trees from here they are healthy and very beautiful the camellia i got is so beautiful im really satisfied”

“Even though it is winter the nursery still had a large variety of plants. I came with my children & asked the staff + owners many questions related to future projects, planning & care & each person took the time to answer my questions & assist me. I saw plants that I have never seen of or heard of that were so cool as well as many of the plants that I would be hoping to find. We came for one thing and we left with a car full. They have a wonderful selection. I had a really good experience & am eager to come back and get more for my dream garden.”

“I frequent this location and love the store except that they do not do a good job of keeping the gift cards stocked. I like to give out gift cards
to my employees and the last two times I’ve been in there, they didn’t have the credit cards of a specific denomination stocked. This has been like this for years.”
“The employees at Home Depot, Powder Spring are fantastic. They are so helpful, I give 110 to the young man with the curly hair. He works in the garden department. I also met a young lady from the Corporate office , name started with C and ends with y, she was amazing.

There are many reasons I enjoy this location, with the smaller feel it’s easier to get in and out. When I walked in was about to google what was needed and was greeted by two wonderful smiles, and Andreas took me under his wing taking the time to explain what was needed to finish staining our back deck. He was informative and kind. Beverly at checkout was another kind soul with a nice educational platform teaching me (with caution of my time) the benefits of downloading the Home Depot app and walking me through my transaction, kudos to both of them!”

“These people are great, I live 45 minutes from Hiram, my Envoy would not crank when I was finished shopping. I had to buy a new battery and install. One of the screws wsa stripped out. I went to Home Depot and they had closed. I went to door and someone saw me and came, I to;d them I was desperate to get a screw that fit so I could get home. The manager came opened the door let me in and the nicest man helped me find a screw. So very thankful for such good people! Thank yall so much ! You all were so nice to help me and I want everyone to know how great you guys were!!!!”
