He looked familiar from a previous visit. Not sure about the internal stuff, but for a service associate he’s the man. No debate! Im literally sitting in the parking lot of this location to type this review. I’ll gladly bypass the office on Floyd Rd to come see him at this location. Thanks Mr Mike!”

“I had a great experience here. Note: I was only mailing a Priority Mail letter, not getting a passport or anything like that. I walked in around 4:20 in the afternoon expecting a long line, but was able to walk right to the front of the line. The young lady who helped me was very nice, as was the guy working with her. We joked and I left with a smile. This was my first visit here and it's not close to my house, so I probably won't visit often, but my customer service experience was ideal.”
