“The staff at this location are amazing. The photographer is very experienced and the prices are reasonable for the amount of photos you get. You are able to see your photos immediately after the session. At that time you are able to select the ones you want. the photos are ready in a few days which is always a plus. They often have specials where you can get a discount on your photos. This was a very good experience. I will definitely be returning to this location.”

They had a great selection of shoes from different brands and styles, and the prices were amazing. I got some shoes that were half the price I thought I was going to pay, and they fit me perfectly. “My husband and I stopped by to return an Amazon purchase, and we were honestly surprised at how friendly and welcoming the employees were. The woman working the Amazon returns was very pleasant and complementary, and she greeted us as we walked in and invited us to come on over since the Amazon counter is now in the front. Three other employees greeted us as we walked through the store and asked if we needed anything. Then the woman at checkout was very polite and helped me with a coupon. Honestly, we're so used to employees in other stores who seem exhausted and don't want to be there that this was a shock in a very positive way. I've worked in customer service for many years and I just really appreciate how pleasant and kind everyone was during our visit. Thank you!”

“I absolutely loveeeee Macy's and anytime I'm near one (because the nearest one is like 2 in a half hours away from me) we stop and shop. And I'm so glad we stopped and shopped. I found some amazing boots on sale and I absolutely loveeeee them. The two African American ladies that were in the shoe department were so nice, kind, and friendly. They helped my mom with a boot situation and now she's has her boots ordered. Overall, she customer service was amazing and you can never go wrong with just shopping, lol. “*Small Dog Friendly*I really enjoy shopping at Ross, and I love that I can bring my dog in to try out their xs dog clothing. I love being able to have a shopping companion who is furry!Ross always has a wide assortment of various items for the home. I enjoy the items I get and love the price discounts. On Tuesday, if you are older they give you a senior discount. As a woman you have to ask bc the cashiers refuse to assume, I can see that going badly pretty quickly!The only issue I have is checkout efficiency, it’s sometimes frustrating to see 5 associates walking around while only one cashier is open with 20 people in the line.”

“I visited the Panama location and loved the whole vibe of the store. My friend and I obviously wanted to take everything in the store home with us but since we were on vacation I decided on something small for my new apartment. I chose the moon sun catcher. When I brought the one from the shelf to the register, one of the associates told me that she had one already boxed up and if I would like that one. I was happy to since I would be traveling out and about for the rest of the day and out of state after our vacation was over. My advice is to LOOK at the actual item that is PRE-BOXED before you buy it. Mine was damaged and I feel like the associate knew that the boxed one was damaged because her and the associate at the register shared a look when she brought the box up. I didn’t look at the item and that’s probably my fault. Luckily I was able to fix it with soap, water and an abrasive sponge but it’s definitely lost some if it’s appeal now that the holo effect is gone. I’m not rating the store less than 4 because it is a cool store, everything was a reasonable price, and I can’t honestly say it was intentional but it seemed that way. I was able to somewhat fix the item but it is also altered now. It’s just disappointing.”
