“I visited the Panama location and loved the whole vibe of the store. My friend and I obviously wanted to take everything in the store home with us but since we were on vacation I decided on something small for my new apartment. I chose the moon sun catcher. When I brought the one from the shelf to the register, one of the associates told me that she had one already boxed up and if I would like that one. I was happy to since I would be traveling out and about for the rest of the day and out of state after our vacation was over. My advice is to LOOK at the actual item that is PRE-BOXED before you buy it. Mine was damaged and I feel like the associate knew that the boxed one was damaged because her and the associate at the register shared a look when she brought the box up. I didn’t look at the item and that’s probably my fault. Luckily I was able to fix it with soap, water and an abrasive sponge but it’s definitely lost some if it’s appeal now that the holo effect is gone. I’m not rating the store less than 4 because it is a cool store, everything was a reasonable price, and I can’t honestly say it was intentional but it seemed that way. I was able to somewhat fix the item but it is also altered now. It’s just disappointing.”

“Great sales, however cash and coupons expire too soon. Great return policy, clean and tidy store. Best shopping is M-F, daytime hours, where there are no lines at check-out.However as with most stores now, very few sales personnel in store if you need assistance finding something.”

“I absolutely loveeeee Macy's and anytime I'm near one (because the nearest one is like 2 in a half hours away from me) we stop and shop. And I'm so glad we stopped and shopped. I found some amazing boots on sale and I absolutely loveeeee them. The two African American ladies that were in the shoe department were so nice, kind, and friendly. They helped my mom with a boot situation and now she's has her boots ordered. Overall, she customer service was amazing and you can never go wrong with just shopping, lol. Truly enjoyed my time at Macy's.”

“After reading some of the bad reviews, I was beyond hesitant to try this particular Windsor. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Tina as soon as I walked in the store. She was the only worker who greeted me, and she is the reason why I will continue to shop at this location. She did an amazing job helping me find a dress for a wedding, and I am so grateful. Her customer service skills are impeccable, and if she isn’t already a manager, then she definitely should be. Tina, I say thank you for making my time at Windsor such a pleasant experience. Great customer service is a lost art in many places these days. It is always refreshing to be reminded it’s not completely nonexistent.”

“I visited Sew Me Crazy to get tags and labels done for my clothing brand. This was a rather large and complicated order with some time constraints (due to the holidays). That being said, Kelly was great! She showed great patience and communication and met every deadline with a smile and great customer service. And on top of that, everything turned out as requested to my exact specifications. I wish all of my service providers and suppliers had her level of professionalism and sense of urgency!
