βClose to the house, I always stop in to grab a few items. The staff is friendly, mask required but I've noticed the staff do not always have them on properly.β
βThis is the go to when youβre looking for deals on clothing. The gentlemanβs clothing team is extremely knowledgeable and has recently started helping me slowly rebuild my closet. My wife has started finding things for herself. Great group of people, and the store is extremely clean compared to the rest of the mall.β
βJC Penny's is a great store. BUT getting to this one, setting behind Best Buy, the road/pavement is horrible, needing to be repaired and re-paved desperately. Bad for cars!β

Just walked out 3-25-26 at 2:20pm and just had to upgrade my previous 4 star to a 5 star review for this working crew! From the Amazon return young lady, to the greeter, to the lady working at Sephora, to the gentleman who was on the register. Every step of the way was such good customer service! They all tried to upsell me or offer me different options without being too pushy and while being friendly the entire time. Very impressed with this team! I wish I had gotten their names for the review.β

βJust like the name says inexpensive goods for the home. I like the fact they have a large choice of items from furniture and lamps to kitchen wear bedding and knickknacks all for a decent price. Iβll definitely continue to shop there.β
βI went to this location for the first time tonight and couldn't have had a better experience. The store was clean and neat. Good variety of stuff available and the staff was great. I go to a lot of Homegoods/TJMAXX/Marshalls locations looking for Halloween stuff and the staff there on 7/23/24 around 8pm were pleasant, helpful and courteous. That has not always been the case (looking at you Dunwoody location) I was surprised to see reviews citing rude staff. I encountered three employees and each of them were great.β

βWe needed to swap some jeans that were Christmas gifts. We had an absolutely wonderful experience here at our Hiram GA store where the Customer Service rep was extremely helpful.
My wifeβs sister exchanged pajamas at the Woodruff Road store in Greenville SC that she bought in Hiram for their 89 year old Mother. My wifeβs sister had a horrible experience there, which just reinforced to our family we trade with the best Kohlβsβ
βI use to visit KOHL'S more often when I was employed, however since retirement less visits. Then AMAZON returns at KOHL'S became a thing. They have gone through many changes since I first started shopping there (15 years). If you know when to shop, you can acquire some bargains. I try limit my shopping to holidays for the best deals. Staff is friendly, check out moves well and store stays pretty clean.β

βI love shopping here! I can generally find everything I need in the clearance section of that department. I needed a new white long sleeve blouse, and this one fit like a comfortable hug!β
βI was in the store yesterday evening. I ran to the dress department to find a dress for a big event this morning. I was not in the best mood, as the dress I initially set out to wear was not being delivered in time. Once at the counter, Karen was amazing and so helpful. She truly shifted my mood with her genuine kindness. Very rarely do we find people who go above and beyond to help customers. Karen was a GEM!β
βI love that we have a location that is always fully stocked. I can always find what I'm looking for at a low price. I've purchased a foldable desk there perfect for my office.β
βFriendly staff. This store has a lot more than I realized. Big Lots is really a great place to shop from imported chocolates to Haverty, Sealy, etc.. furniture and beds.β
βBelk Outlet is a great place to find good deals on clothing, shoes, and home goods. I like that they have a wide variety of brands and styles, so itβs easy to find something for different tastes and budgets. The store is usually well-organized, which makes shopping less stressful and more enjoyable.
The staff is friendly and helpful when you need assistance, and Iβve scored some nice discounts during sales that really make the visit worthwhile. The quality of items is generally good for an outlet store, which keeps me coming back.
On the downside, the store can get a bit crowded during weekends and special sales events, making it harder to navigate the aisles. Sometimes popular sizes or items sell out quickly, so you might need to visit more than once to find exactly what you want.
Overall, Belk Outlet is a solid choice if you want quality products at a discount and donβt mind a bit of weekend bustle.β

Between seasons is a great time to shop as many items go to clearance and drop significantly in price! Iβve been able to snag multiple high end brands at a very low cost, I.e. Abercrombie & Fitch, Aerie, Leviβs, etc.β
βI recently stopped by the Burlington in Hiram and was really impressed with how well-organized and stocked this location is. I found some great deals on high-quality work gear and comfortable shoes, which is a must for my line of work.
As the owner of Augusta Lawn Care of Dallas GA, Iβm constantly on the move and outdoors, so finding a spot nearby that offers durable apparel at such good prices is a huge win. The staff was friendly, the checkout line moved quickly, and the store was clean. Itβs great to have such reliable businesses right here in our community. βRude staff/rude manger at the back stocking. I have gone in 2 times in a row during my lunch hours to find the trending dumpling. I usually never ask I just went in check and leave if I didnβt see any. Today I decided to ask the lady stocking. She was very rude and said βwe get them when we get themβ I said thank you and went on to check out for the item I wanted (almost did leave it and just left) at check put the very kind and sweet girl that greets everyone I asked her and she said we do have them we got them in today. She then proceeded to show me them. Her name is Olivia. She made my kids day. They were so happy. Olivia is the only reason why i give it a 5 start because I was going to give it a 1 star. They have to be and do better.β

βMy last few shopping experiences, I am seeing male stockers with extremely low pants. Usually with long shirts but when they bend down to lower shelves, all I see is underwear (full bottom). This is not a pleasant shopping experience.β

βI usually visit on Tuesdays but I switched it up. I went in at 8:45 and found a beautiful pin and green dress! I was the only one in line. The cashier was visibly tired but she was polite and handled the transaction quickly.β

βI want to say that this store is nearby my home and very convenient. I wanted to stop and give a review because I noticed some good changes in the store. First, thank you to whoever is the new buyer, more specifically grocery buyer who has started stocking the Great value mocha coffee. Thank you so very much. I'm not sure if whoever was ordering before was confused and was ordering that blueberry coffee. At one point I had just stopped looking for the mocha and boom. It's back ! So thank you. Also, I'm happy to see the all dressed Lay's potato chips consistently on the shelf as well. And the great value vanilla caramel creamer is being ordered appropriately as well. I felt like I had to hoard this creamer because I never knew if it was going to be in stock. So thank you to whoever is doing the grocery orders in those departments. I've also noticed more cashiers are available. That's very helpful. Shout out to the gentleman in Auto. They helped me out with something one early morning before I went to work and I was so appreciative of how quick and fast they assisted me. I gave a four-star because I haven't had a good, consistent experience with the pharmacy but I've made adjustments and addressed it with the pharmacist and we'll just move forward.β
