July 16, 2024, I came in the store desperate for help with my phone. I travel a lot and could not use my GPS. 'Courtney' tried everything she could to fix the phone and I ended up getting a new phone. I was amazed by her multitasking while helping me.

Eric was an absolute pleasure as well as Courtney! Eric was thorough! Explained everything in detail ! He showed soo much patience with my elderly mother which was not displayed at the Stone crest location! I came in wanting to switch companies but he saved the day!
