“Autoglo was absolutely amazing!
I was initially frustrated with my insurance process, as I learned the hard way that there are not a large number of collision repair shops that are certified to work on electric vehicles. USAA finally found AutoGlo and I was initially hesitant as I had run into rejection after rejection with trying to get my car repaired. Jared was my service advisor throughout my repair and reassured me that they were able and qualified and were even currently working on EVs when I dropped my car off. Jared and the rest of the team were very communicative for the duration of the repair and were very responsive and always patient with my questions. My car looks as good as new and I’m so grateful that they took such good care of my car. I cannot recommend AutoGlo and their service enough!”

“I’ll start by saying the finished painted car was superb. We did not shop hard so can’t speak to price being good or bad, it sure seemed fair. We did have a problem with the time it took but apparently the shop was also having trouble with their personnel, unavoidable problems like sickness, not bad management or employees.”

“I can’t say how much I appreciate his service! My car was completely filled with mold due to an unfixed sunroof leak (My car was left at a dealership for 30 days with the windows up resulting in the mold) I wasn’t sure if anyone could fix it (That’s how bad it was) I contacted him and he assured me he would take care of it.. he EXCEEDED my expectations! He removed all of my seats and carpet down to the bones and cleaned everything! Great prices! Excellent communication, friendly, detailed and very knowledgeable about the process!
