Truist really need to work on their customer service and wait time. I waited over 10 min in an empty bank with 3 bankers and a branch manager. No other customers. I finally just left because it didn't seem like they wanted to work.

Location continues to be terrible! They have no staff! They have one teller working on a Saturday! Why would you not bring in other tellers from other locations?

Teller was very unprofessional she spoke on personal account information in the lobby in front of other customers. I like the old workers at that location the new ones are not worth there check. Also they changed my funds availability date with no notification. I will be changing banks there horrible.
We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
