As someone who strives to use person to person in efforts to keep people employed and not replaced by automated system. Banks have made it extremely difficult to support them. I gave three starts because Santoria went above and beyond to get an issue resolved. I had to return to the bank on Monday to find folks sitting in their office while the lines were backed up with people. No one greeted anyone or even offered to see if they could assist. Customer service is dead and I’m disappointed I missed the funeral service. BB&T now Truist you have to do better with customer service.

Truist really need to work on their customer service and wait time. I waited over 10 min in an empty bank with 3 bankers and a branch manager. No other customers. I finally just left because it didn't seem like they wanted to work.

Location continues to be terrible! They have no staff! They have one teller working on a Saturday! Why would you not bring in other tellers from other locations?

Teller was very unprofessional she spoke on personal account information in the lobby in front of other customers. I like the old workers at that location the new ones are not worth there check. Also they changed my funds availability date with no notification. I will be changing banks there horrible.

Every time I come to this one it’s closed! It is 5:27 on a Friday And it is closed two weeks ago they were open till 6 PM …it’s really frustrating!!

It’s unfortunate that the “new” bank Truist have to take this rating since these issues have been consistent for the last 8+years. I did give them an extra star because they changed names but let’s see if the service stays the same. Well for now it has... Normally it’s the ATM that’s broken, today NO drive up service because the speakers are not working. Come on Truist, some people actually need these services. If this branch was somewhere else would this be acceptable? Not sure how long it’s been down but I will come back and let you know. Once you go in only two people to help (one for businesses and the other for everyone else) so you know the wait is long. Do better Truist!

I came in today to switch accountsYes like every where else is short of staff but the customer service couldn’t have been better MS.Carolyn welcomed me even being with another customer and insured me she would be right with me her attitude to help others is outstandingI live in Conyers ga but I cannot get enough of lithoniaAnd did I mention she was also running drive through !!!!!

Sat in the bank 2 hours before receiving any service and so many people were all here for the same issue fraud on their accounts ??♀️ Terrible Svc since the merger

This bank goes above and beyond every time unlike their counterpart further north on 124 these people are excellent I would just like to thank James Blackman Miss Kim miss Caroline and Miss Anya for the wonderful work you guys do you are a shiny example I hope your other branches can model after you guys

It’s sad/comical people are paid actual money to do what they do in this bank. Walk in today 2/15/22 at 12pm, 4 women employees standing at a computer talking, 1 male employee on his cell phone. In line for at least 5 minutes without a “hello, we’ll be with you in a moment” “good afternoon” nothing. A joke of an institution.

I always have a wonderful experience with the staff here. The tellers are very honest…let’s just say I had a small incident with a deposit and was very appreciative of the teller…Also, Anya St. Hill was so professional, friendly and professional while helping me with a business transaction.The only thing I don’t like, and this is a corporate matter, is they don’t have enough staff working at this location…But that seems to be most BB&T locations. This is not the staffs’ fault. You can tell they do the best they can, while working efficiently.

This bank is very slow with their customer service. We are made to wait in a drive-thru for 20 mins to just make a simple deposit. They should designate lanes. Have more tellers on the drive thru IF they don’t want folks coming inside. (Probably let employees go and won’t rehire and expect the same business. The bank cannot expect fewer people to pick up the slack of no others rehired.)
