I like the way they have changed the look and feel of the waiting area and added security. The bank tellers are professional and courteous.

The African lady with the dirty head wrap was rude and ignored me when I asked her for help depositing a check and went to help another African immigrant who was standing behind me. The man at the teller window was helpful though
