“I love this store. I have used this Fed Ex before and it’s always great. Today I walked in with my items, was immediately greeted and motioned to the second counter. The clerk immediately presented me with the envelope to put my stuff in, asked if I had a label, was very kind about helping me open the clear pouch for the label, and gave the the proof of shipping label before I had the label in the pouch.
