Came in to the retail branch in Stonecrest Mall and was greeted by a host of professionals. Brandon took the lead and gave me exceptional Customer Service. He assisted others and myself with no issues. He was very patient and professional , he made sure that my phone was hooked up and ready to go. He absolutely saved the day, Hats off to Stonecrest Verizon. Even the manager Hat saw to on the phone most of the process it is thrilling to have Customer Service like this in this retail era! Well done!

This is the worst Victra (Verizon) location . We have been n trying to take care of something with them and they did not offer any guidance. Verizon corporate told me to go back to the store and they stayed on the phone with me until I got there. We stayed on the phone over an hour waiting for manager to come out from the back. Needless to say they never came out . This location is a poor example of customer service and respect for people's time and money. They deserve NO STARS!!!!!

I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for over 20 years and I can honestly say Paris is one of the main reasons I stay with this location. She runs that store like clockwork, it’s always spotless, well organized, and everyone is so professional and kind which I know starts with her leadership. Paris is always attentive to every detail and every customer no matter how busy she is. She makes you feel seen and taken care of, she treats her staff and everyone who walks in with the same respect and genuine warmth.
I’ve mentioned to others how impressive she is and how well she keeps things running, she really deserves to be recognized for how much she cares about her team and her customers. She’s the reason I never go anywhere else. Paris is honest, transparent, and always goes above and beyond to make sure I leave happy. You don’t find that often these days.
It’s clear to me that this store’s success is because of her dedication and professionalism. I truly hope she gets the credit she deserves because she’s the best Verizon has.

THE ONLY REASON THEY GOT 1 STAR FROM ME IS BECAUSE A STAR HAS TO BE SELECTED IN ORDER TO POST MY REVIEW. THEY WOULD HAVE GOTTEN NEGATIVE 5 STARS IF IT WAS UP TO ME. I was charged $2,828.43 for equipment that I returned within the 30 day period and it is about to go on my credit if it hasn't already. This store that I purchased my equipment from refused to take the equipment back so I had to mail it in and I never get the credit to my account and I keep getting the outstanding bill. This happened to more customers than just me. It is a scam that they are promoting, buy the equipment with a 30 day money back if you return the equipment, but they refuse to take it back. Now I'm stuck with the bill on my credit until someone fixes it. The manager of the store was a huge part of this scam and I have been in communication with the district managers and they told me that they will fix it, but that has been a couple months ago and now no one is responding. I have been dealing with this for months and there has been no resolution or anyone who actually wants to help me.

Paris was awesome , extremely patient and professional . The lobby was full and she handled it like a champ ! Bryan and Brady were also helpful and pleasant .

Paris was great! Amazing customer service. At around 5pm a very rude lady snapped on her for no reason and Paris remained calm and patient. I am leaving this review as witness because it was unnecessary. Thank you Paris for your help!

I had issues with my phone and ended up getting a new phone. The staff was very professional and took care to make sure I had a phone before I left. They were very respectful and patient as I am a senior as well.The situation was challenging as I am a caregiver and I had a lot of info on my phone. So they understood the urgency and I did leave with a phone and the info I needed to continue my caregiving. Thank you Bryan and Paris!

Wonderful customer service at this location.
Niya was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, even staying past close to make sure we were all set up and taken care off.
The manager Paris was also amazing! She was cursed at and treated very rudely by another patron after she had very patiently, courteously, and emphatically explained the reasons why she was unable to solve the patrons issue. She handled the situation with poise and grace. Exceptional Professionalism!
They were a joy to be helped by throughout a complicated process of helping us port over from our old provider!

Everyone in the store was patient and kind. Even in the face of being screamed at by a customer who was definitely in the wrong, the manager Paris was professional and calm. After the incident, Paris and salesperson Niya worked on my complex business account set up and port well after closing. I am glad I have a place to go to that’s enjoyable and knowledgeable for anything I need in the future with my new account.
