Horrible customer service and care. The customer representative yelling that customer service does not open until 7am. It was very unprofessional and I walked out of the store without returning my item or even purchasing anything.

This must be the worst run store within the company. All the postings say that the Automotive Center opens at 0600 on Saturday. It is now after 0800. I called the store and after several tries, someone finally answered. I was told the techs don't come in until 0900. Does Management care?

I go there all the time. They have all the staples such as juice, eggs and milk. Glad they're open!
