Wells Fargo has been my bank since Wachovia. I have enjoyed banking here and this review is particular to this location.My account is always in good standing and for some reason management around 11:30am Jan 11th claims a government issued check with my name (and my minor child) on it requires the minors signature for me to cash it.I feel the teller was sweet as pie and that her hands were tied, she was at the window closest to the entrance, I was upset and didn't catch her name.My wallet is in another state and my passport was provided. My other bank is out of state and Its unfortunate I have to go to another platform to have access to immediate funds.

Went there to get some papers notarized and waited over 30 minutes only to be told they was only one notary available and it would be an hour more! We left then came back on a different day and the notary said she couldn't notarize the documents. All a notary does is verify identification why couldn't she verify anything? Just wasted my time! And had an attitude about it! Talking about she couldn't do it! We don't do title or land paperwork! Notarize anything by verifying my identity! So disgusted with this bank!

This review is for Banker Mr. Michael Byrd. Over this past weekend there was a fraudulent charge on my card. To make a long story short my card was cut off without me knowing. Michael assisted me and he was Great ! He was professional, knowledgeable and took initiative promptly to came up with solutions to fix my problem. I'm in the middle of closing on a home & moving so it was a huge inconvenience. He expedited a new card to come in a few days. But when I say it came the next morning & I wasn't expecting it. Thank you Michael for your help. You went up & beyond.

If I can give this wells fargo location zero stars I would. Ms. Yvonne was rude and unprofessional. She was saying slick comments to my parents saying that they might have forgot their username when infact we logged on the account yesterday with the same username. Create an appointment and they did not even honor the time. Just waste of time.

Marlene Telford is a personal banker there per her card . My interaction with her lasted less than 60 seconds and in that 60 seconds Marlene Telford was rude and very unprofessional.

The Taylor didn't give me my ID and bank card back and I was riding Lyft and they didn't try to compensate me for my Lyft ride or time to come back

Went over here on Tuesday, June 16th, to the drive thru to cash a check. Little did I know it would take me 20 minutes with five lanes opened with 3 cars thick on each. Only two ladies working this while one covered lanes 1& 2 and the other one covering lanes 3 - 5. Lady on lanes 1 & 2 worked as slowly as possibly while the other one busted her butt. No need to rush over at this bank for your time means nothing to them. People are working and need to always be somewhere. Just maybe management could speak with them about time limits on the drivethru customers.

I've only used this location one time the other day not sure if it was a bad time or it's always like that but I waited about 20 min to use the drive up ATM/teller. They are not letting customers in right now except by appointment only.

Nice bank and nice and staff. It’s always crowded though, this area needs another location really bad in this area. And all the deposit atms in this area are always down, never working and when they do work they don’t count my money properly.

Sherrod Harper assisted us with notary services. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, fast, helpful and kind. We were in and out in no time. The bank was clean, fresh and quiet. Spacious and open. Michael Byrd was SO helpful. He set up the accounts we needed and want bad to look at either. Very professional, very nice, respectful and considerate. If only I could have received this type of service when I used them. Still trying to get my situation resolved.
