“Helen and her team were amazing throughout my stay. Any maintenance issues were handled quickly, and the community stayed quiet and well-kept. Management clearly cares—there was regular pressure-washing and property upkeep. While some residents made things challenging, especially around the trash compactor, Helen’s team stayed on top of it and kept the area clean. I even saw them remove a discarded mattress the same day.

Good temperature control. Very clean community kitchen. The entire building is in excellent condition. Suites are spacious with open common space.
