This is appreciated!!Today I come in with my 129 Amazon returns that Amazon had made stressful to say the least. All the while stressed after a long conference call. The lady who helped could tell I was in a mood I'm sure and really helped ease things. She made the return/experience exceptional. Thank you for appreciating your customers.”

“Everyone in the store has always been extremely helpful, but on Sunday September 24, 2023, I went into the UPS store on Bill Gardner Parkway with a printing project. Miss Kimberly gates was extremely knowledgeable of the function being performed. We had a few little hiccups she spent the time to take care of everything and make sure it was right, and solve the issue that we were having so that I was a print my project and I was 100% happy with the end result.
