“This is hands down the best UPS store I've ever been to! The staff is always friendly, the store is always clean and they go above ans beyond to make sure they meet your needs. I refuse to use any other UPS store around because they can't live up to the service that over come to expect. I wish I could give 10 stars thats how great this store is.”

“Always good customer service. Sometimes there is a line but the employees that work there do assist very quickly. So the line usually goes down within 5 to 10 minutes. I've never just had to wait in line over that and they do their best to assist with what they can. They also have a self-service kiosk where you can drop packages off personally myself. I just like to get the receipt so that the company can know that it was dropped off. They usually do print out a receipt at the self-service kiosk”

“I really believe something is going on when packages is going through UPS and they get to Morrow Georgia all of a sudden no movement for days and you never get your package. This is BS!”

“If you ever need anything printed off, go see Chris at this location. He is phenomenal. And not to mention prices are not bad either. And if you ever need to return anything to Amazon, they are your spot. They are always very nice and quick to get you in and out.”
