I was looking for a specific product and decided to call ahead to make sure before making an empty trip. The associate actually placed me on hold and went to look for the item. Once she returned to the phone, she confirmed it was there. I was impressed! It has been so long since I’ve experienced good service in a retail setting.When I arrived at the store, the associate immediately recognized me by asking, “did you call on the phone?” She had placed the items to the side for me to purchase. I appreciate her efforts. I didn’t catch her name but she was light-skin, plus size with long black hair or braids and I think she had freckles too. She’s a great asset to this location.No long lines and the store was neat and clean.”

“Aeropostale is a Trendy retail chain selling casual wear and accessories for young adults, some focus on kids apparel. I love shopping here.The service is great and they are so helpful. The ladies there go above and beyond to help you look for an outfit with honest and appropriate suggestions and opinions. They will always check for sizes and offer fitting rooms before I even ask. The prices are a steal and the quality of clothing is great. They also have a nice clearance section. They had very big selection and everything in the store was 60% to 70% off. Come here first before any other store in the mall. Great customer service and comfortable environment.”
