Many of the items in stock dint take in consideration the dress code for corporate positions. The prices can be high, but as I said the quality makes it worth it.”

“I usually only come to the outlets during the holidays (so glad to come during slow season and be able to really go to ALL the stores with not alot of traffic) I forgot the Supervisor and the Cashier name (im so sorry) but they were both so friendly and helpful. I called once they opened because their was a purse that I really wanted! It was 1 left and they were so polite to hold it for me. The store was clean organized and it smelled lovely! I got the Carey Trunk in black for a greatttt price! Much cheaper in store than online. I love my bag! & I'll definitely visit this location more often.”

Sadly, I did take one star away because one of the jackets I bought had very messed up stitching. We went back to exchange it, but ALL of them had the same issue--poor quality stitching on the lapels. It was sad to see because most of the other things were good quality.”

The ladies there go above and beyond to help you look for an outfit with honest and appropriate suggestions and opinions. They will always check for sizes and offer fitting rooms before I even ask. The prices are a steal and the quality of clothing is great. They also have a nice clearance section. They had very big selection and everything in the store was 60% to 70% off. Come here first before any other store in the mall. Great customer service and comfortable environment.”

“Friendly and helpful service with a good variety of what you’re looking for. It’s worth the drive if you’re not in the immediate area. I was looking for a specific product and decided to call ahead to make sure before making an empty trip. The associate actually placed me on hold and went to look for the item. Once she returned to the phone, she confirmed it was there. I was impressed! It has been so long since I’ve experienced good service in a retail setting.When I arrived at the store, the associate immediately recognized me by asking, “did you call on the phone?” She had placed the items to the side for me to purchase. I appreciate her efforts. I didn’t catch her name but she was light-skin, plus size with long black hair or braids and I think she had freckles too. She’s a great asset to this location.No long lines and the store was neat and clean.”

I got a birthday gift this year that I couldn't wear so I had to go exchange it. Alicia, a manager i have never seen at this location, assisted me and she was extremely professional and courteous. I wish she had been the one to assist me prior to me getting this bad taste about the company.”
