Not only did I get the perfect replacement bulb, I got information & education on deciphering the imprinted codes on the fluorescent bulbs. Going forward, as a result of this visit, I am able to make a more informed and value rated decision. I have every confidence in the product knowledge demonstrated by this Home Depot location! “Had water issues in my finished basement and Britt's worked tirelessly to help me figure out flooring that would work. Kevin Lopez was great! Experienced delays by waterproofing company that too a very long time to resolve and Britt's stored my flooring at no charge while we worked to resolve the problems. I have used Britt's for all my flooring over past 30 years and every time they have provided excellent service and product.”

“Got a fridge from them that ended up having cooling issues. They were completely reasonable and worked with me for the 90-day warranty. You have to understand that you are buying scratch and ding / resale and that comes with inherent risk. However, if you have a problem, call them and ask. They treated me very well. I will post an update after the service is completed.”

“We went there looking for a washer that wouldn’t break our wallet, we found a very reasonably priced one, and they offered warranty, delivery installation and haul away of our 2 broken washers , and it was all still less than $500. We went to the store around 11:30 and it was delivered same day by 2 pm. The manager was very helpful and would definitely recommend. Spoke spanish too which was wonderful for my mom!”
“My husband bought me a Samsung washer and dryer from here. When they delivered the washing machine it wasn’t washing correctly and it gave an error message. We contacted the store and they had it picked up and fixed. It took about a week or two for repairs, but they gave us a great loaner (the same day they picked up my machine) until it was repaired. Since they’ve repaired it and brought it back to us, it has been working great ever since. I wanted to wait almost a year before I gave a review, to make sure we wouldn’t have anymore problems…and fortunately it has been working properly ever since. I would definitely purchase from this store again as we were able to purchase two very high quality machines for a good price. The staff was friendly, the purchase process was fast and they resolved our machine issues with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend.”

“Went to Home Depot tool rental in Snellville yesterday to rent electric floor scraper to remove some glue down wood flooring. Place was super busy but Mr. Walter addressed me and said I’ll be with you shortly. We walked to where the floor scrapers were and they were all reserved for pick up. Mr. Walter said there should be another one over here and began looking around. Sure enough we found it in another bay. Someone put it in the wrong place. Because Mr. Walter knew there was another one it made it possible for me to get what I needed. He simply could have said sorry sir they’re all rented out. I appreciate his attention to detail and customer service. I took the floor scraper back this morning and Mr. Walter was there again! He greeted me again and we checked the machine back in. It was very refreshing to encounter someone who was very personable and great at their job! Keep up the great attitude and great work Mr. Walter, you are the reason I will continue to use the tool rental department at my local Snellville Home Depot!”
