“Bob Bailey's Appliance (BBA), was where I purchased our Thermodore refrigerator last year. They were reasonable to work with, in line with other places I checked, but as a plus for me, they had in-house install team. Installation went well, personnel were on time and with the correct appliance (yes, this was an issue with another company). For that I would have given them 3 stars.
Fast forward 6 months and the display on the drawer quit working. I called them to find out how to arrange the warranty repair. They asked if it was an emergency (i.e., was the unit not cooling) and I said no. I was told not to worry, they had the address, and I would receive an email with a repair date and the option to change it if it was inconvenient. The next day I received the email for an appointment the next week. The repair person came on time, quickly repaired the unit, and cleaned up before he left. That type of service is 5 star!
I consider I received great value for the money I spent with them and will buy future kitchen appliances from them.”
“Gary was very nice, and professional.. As soon as we came in he greeted us as if we were family, we shook hands and I immediately knew he was a great guy. He offer me a great deal for my used sewing machine which i had gotten a few years back, he offered me a great deal for an even better machine very professional, and will be coming back!”

“We needed a stove for a rental unit. I have been looking for one for over a week. I came to the store and was pleasantly surprised. Randy, the store manager was kind and very fair about his pricing. I bought a beautiful electric range made by Frigidaire For $290 plus a little extra for delivery and installation. They test, clean and repair all of their appliances, as well as give a warranty. While I was there looking for a stove for our rental unit I saw beautiful refrigerators that typically sell for $4000 plus. Here they were around $1000. I will be getting one for myself soon! From now on, I will check with Randy for any appliances I need!

He look like he didn't understand me at first but proceed to tell me which aisle to go to and that I will find what I was looking for. Nope it wasn't it. Faisel was willing to let me pick them up after hours and pay through zelle which made everything so much easier for me. On the positive side, they have one of the largest selections of tools, building materials, appliances, and garden supplies you’ll find anywhere. you can usually find what you’re looking for in one trip. Many stores have knowledgeable employees who are happy to help, and in-store shopping is straightforward when staff are available. Customers frequently praise specific associates who go out of their way to be helpful, especially on big purchases.”
