“Battery for off road tracker was shown to be in store. Traveled to the store to buy the battery. Once at the store I was told that battery had to be ordered, that it was not carried “in-store”. It would take about a week. I needed the battery the same day. What occurred was not the fault of the store employees. They were very nice. I believe it’s a Corporate matter to get a customer in the store. Say you have it when they don’t, then have it ordered. Maybe I’ll buy something else in the store while there.”

“I needed a new battery installed in my Cadillac SRX today. The battery was a huge challenge to install and should have truly been marked professional install only but it wasn't (it now is). “Well,was pulling my 20' trailer 7 hrs loaded pretty heavy through major city which of course means a lot of stop and go..all of a sudden hear terrible grinding in front end of truck no brake pads left..stopped in at this Autozone and Mark the manager was fantastic having nothing to work with he ensured me that he had me ..and he did 45 mins later I had completed task Thanks to the fine associates at this location..thanks guys and I really appreciated your dedication...Carl Terry”

“Had a significant leak in my tire. Couldn't find any puncture. They tele the tire and put it in a tub, which showed I had a hole in the rim. I thought, great, I need to buy rims now. The manager told me to go to this place that repairs rims, it will be much cheaper. While they couldn't do the repair, just the fact they were able to direct me to a place to get the repair done at a reasonable price made life much better that day.”
