Unfortunately they didn't have the one I wanted in stock. Chatted with Jeff and we found one at a different location. Reviewed the specs and talked price. He had the unit transferred.

“Scott and his team took great care of me! I bought a car from Carvana and the roof rack and rails needed to be replaced. They worked with the warranty company to make sure that they covered the payment for replacement so I didn’t have to come out of pocket. One of the rails was on backorder for months, but they were very good at communicating and giving me updates. Would highly recommend classic collision Loganville for any body repair services needed!”

“I've been loyal to another auto parts store for several years, but here lately they have not had standard items in stock. In fact, I went in to get a standard battery; they told me that they didn't stock that battery, it was special order.
I drove down the street to O'Reilly Auto Parts and they didn't have to order anything special they pulled one off the shelf, and I was on my way.
I've gone back a few times since and they have been more than helpful, even made some suggestions that have been helpful.
I'll be going to O'Reilly Auto Parts for all of my auto part needs from now on. Great personalities, very helpful, and I want treated like I was a number.”

“I want to start by saying, Sky Collision II absolutely friendly staff & good customer service. The estimators are quick & precise, John took care of me & made it easy. Then there is the service itself, Jason was knowledgeable & very easy to deal with, he told me exactly what they would do, they did it & went a step further by repairing a nick, that was no where near the damage, I was concerned about & made everything look new. They advised my car would be ready in 4 weeks, but surprised me, when they called two weeks later & said you're car is ready. They also had an online tool that would let me know step by step what was going on with service & any concerns I had they would respond quickly. If you are in need of paint & body work, Sky Collision II is who you want to entrust with your vehicle. I didn't know them & never met anyone there before, but was made to feel at home, comfortable & gave me peace of mind, things would be done right! “Had a significant leak in my tire. Couldn't find any puncture. They tele the tire and put it in a tub, which showed I had a hole in the rim. I thought, great, I need to buy rims now. The manager told me to go to this place that repairs rims, it will be much cheaper. While they couldn't do the repair, just the fact they were able to direct me to a place to get the repair done at a reasonable price made life much better that day.”
