Literally the worse they are very outspoken about how taken FedEx packages is a pain and something they really do not want to do this was literally the worse partnership agreement FedEx has ever implemented

Please do not leave packages in front of garage. I have to use a walker and I find it very difficult to get the packages. Plus it is very easily seen by porch pirates and stolen. Please leave at front door.

I previously went to the location at theFedEx ShipSite at 4052 Atlanta Hwy. inside of the Office Depot & was rudely serviced so I left there & visited here & was serviced quickly with a smile. I will not return back to that other location. Continue to strive to serve your customers!

FYI: They have a weight limit on packages being dropped off. You must have your label printed out and on the package. You'll receive a tracking number via text as proof of drop off. Service is quick once a representative is available to assist.

They never take my packages to my door. They leave them at garage door or in my mailbox. Before I moved we had a good delivery person but here it's horrible. Does not help to make a complaint.

NEVER HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH FEDEX- HONESTLY WISH I COULD OP OUT TO THEM EVER DELIVERING TO MY HOME. I NEVER RECIEVE MY PACKAGE AND HAVE TO FIGHT TO EVEN SPEAK TO AN AGENT. please wait "72 hours" excuse me ????? I have be WAITING on need to know where my packages are!!!!!
