I live in the northeast and I have always been able to count on them to deliver the most beautiful arrangements and fruit baskets for my mom. On this particular occasion, I called at the very last minute and was greeted by Kaylie who was very warm and patient. I was anxious as I had forgotten to call sooner. Kaylie listened as I rattled off what I thought I would like and that I needed it delivered today. Turns out it was too late for delivery. Oh no! Ok, I guess I will have to settle for the next day. Sensing my disappointment and utter exasperation, Kaylie placed me on a brief hold and returned to let me know that they would be able to get my last minute same day delivery done.
