“Got a fridge from them that ended up having cooling issues. They were completely reasonable and worked with me for the 90-day warranty. You have to understand that you are buying scratch and ding / resale and that comes with inherent risk. However, if you have a problem, call them and ask. They treated me very well. I will post an update after the service is completed.”
“We went there looking for a washer that wouldn’t break our wallet, we found a very reasonably priced one, and they offered warranty, delivery installation and haul away of our 2 broken washers , and it was all still less than $500. We went to the store around 11:30 and it was delivered same day by 2 pm. The manager was very helpful and would definitely recommend. Spoke spanish too which was wonderful for my mom!”
“My husband bought me a Samsung washer and dryer from here. When they delivered the washing machine it wasn’t washing correctly and it gave an error message. We contacted the store and they had it picked up and fixed. It took about a week or two for repairs, but they gave us a great loaner (the same day they picked up my machine) until it was repaired. Since they’ve repaired it and brought it back to us, it has been working great ever since. I wanted to wait almost a year before I gave a review, to make sure we wouldn’t have anymore problems…and fortunately it has been working properly ever since. I would definitely purchase from this store again as we were able to purchase two very high quality machines for a good price. The staff was friendly, the purchase process was fast and they resolved our machine issues with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend.”

“Michelle was awesome. When I called I told her I wasn't ready to make a purchase but that I needed the plastic protector for one of my beds. There was no hesitation. She said she'd call me back when the delivery men came back to see if they had one. Sure enough she called. When I went in to get the plastic I looked at some mattresses because I do plan to purchase in the future. Michelle definitely will get my business when I'm ready. Great customer service.
