“My wife and I have been on the search for a new mattress for a while. We always end up mattress firm because of the variety of mattresses to try. When we entered this time, Jessica greeted us and immediately qualified us for what we were looking for. Her knowledge of the different features of the mattresses was on point, and we never felt like she was over selling. I don't think she even showed us the most expensive mattress in there because it didn't fit what we were looking for which I appreciate very much. She was knowledgeable without being pushy and she gave us space without feeling like we had to get away for some privacy. Buying a mattress is stressful, but she made it easy and relaxing. She was great with our 3 year old too. I highly recommend this Mattress Firm and working with Jessica!”
“Michael is great! He helped us find the right furniture and some great deals. He was very patient and never pushy, which made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. We really appreciate his help and highly recommend him!”
“I had a great experience today shopping for a bedroom set with the assistance of salesperson Robert Huffman. He listened to what I wanted and found a set of furniture for me and a new mattress that was perfect and within my budget. I enjoyed working with him and he made the whole process comfortable and enjoyable. Robert is a great salesperson and a really nice guy. Looking forward to the delivery of my new furniture. Thanks Robert!”
“We came into Mattress Firm in search of a mattress for my sister who has a traumatic brain injury. Reginald was so patient and kind to us both. He took his time and was very knowledgeable. He didn’t rush my sister and recommended that she lay on the mattress and pick the one that felt good to her. His customer service was excellent!!! I will recommend Mattress Firm to others in search for a mattress.”
