“8/8 update: Chair was delivered yesterday. Owner was in constant contact with me from the time the label printed until today. I was issued a partial refund for the troubles.The store had just started online sales and had a few hiccups they needed to work through.7/31 update: Finally received a call today. Recliner should be getting shipped tomorrow. I’ll update again when it arrives.Ordered a recliner online that should have been delivered between 7/25 and 7/28. Today is 7/30 and it hasn’t even shipped. I’ve called 3 times. First time I was told the owner would call me back. Second time I was told someone from online sales would call me back. Third time I had to leave a message. I have not gotten any return phone calls. But they had no problem taking the money out of my account right away so now I need to file a dispute with my bank.”
