“I always have a good experience with them … Í make my appointments online and be there on time, Helps. Some people that show up without appointments must understand that people that took time to make appointments… go first. If people take few minutes to make the appointment.. they don’t have to wait too long. Even my blood test order wasn’t in their system yet… the technician was very helpful and got it from my Emails. I was there for around 12/15 minutes. Great service”

“So I was a little skeptical about going to a labcorp facility to have my bloodwork drawn, especially given the low reviews. The experience I had this week with them, Iwas almost a 5 star review. The only reason for the 4 is the waiting room is too small for the volume they apparently do. It was very crowded.
HOWEVER, I did make an appointment online the day before, which was quite easy (highly recommend). The check in process was quick and simple. The front desk was courteous and friendly. They called me back within 5 minutes of my appointment time which was reasonable. The best part of my visit was TEON! She was kind, gentle and got my small veins on the first stick. She was quick and effecient too. GREAT JOB!”

“My first experience here was unpleasant last year. Today was my second experience and it was so pleasant. The gentleman who helped me was kind, quick, and double checked my insurance for me ensuring I had the correct copay because their system had just been updated and was confusing (it went down SIGNIFICANTLY! By 80%) I was willing to call defeat but he really tried for me and corrected it. I appreciated that so much with it being the holiday season and me being a single mother. He was so kind. My thoughts on this business is changed solely because of him. I didn't catch his name but I appreciate him! Thanks so much sir!”
