“I bought a bag sealer from these folks back in 2016. Last Friday afternoon, it would not clamp the bags when we pushed the foot switch. I dug up the paperwork from when I purchased it and called Pro Pack. Mark Beinke, the sales rep from whom I purchased it was still there and took my call. He asked me some questions and took my number. He called the manufacturer to get troubleshooting steps and helped me determine the cause. I needed to replace the PC Board, which was surprisingly inexpensive. Not only did Mark get the part on order and shipped to arrive first thing Monday, he asked me to send him pictures of the sealer and then sent marked up pictures back and called me to talk me through how to replace the board myself!! I later received another call and a text that evening to let me know that the part had shipped. This kind of customer service just doesn't happen anymore! They did all of this for a $130 part! My operation was completely down Friday afternoon and up and running by 10:00 AM on Monday thanks to these people!”
