“I was devastated to learn that Amazon had stopped carrying lifespan enzymes that I use religiously for my dogs arthritis. After some searching I came across evolution pets and ordered 4. I am in NY so when my order wasn't processed until 10 days later, I called and emailed and made them aware of my dissatisfaction. That being said, my order was mailed out with priority that day, and I was given 2 extra enzymes due to the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but it's the way they're handled that makes all the difference to me. This should last me a year, but they now have a life long customer. I want to personally thank Bonnie for her following up, and follow through and mending this situation.”
